Turnkey Construction works alongside architects, designers, consultants, and homeowners to deliver custom residential projects across Ontario. We bring the planning, coordination, and construction expertise that carries a design from concept through completion.
Our team has spent years building alongside design professionals and homeowners on projects that demand careful planning, clear communication, and attention to detail. We are hands-on builders who understand the technical requirements behind complex residential construction. The result is a building experience that protects the design intent, respects the owner's investment, and keeps the working relationship straightforward from first conversation through final walk-through.
● 02 / How we work
Every project is different, but most follow a similar path from early planning through construction and handover.
We engage early, working alongside the design team to review buildability, sequencing, and budget while the design is still flexible. Honest input, no surprises later.
Trade-by-trade scopes, shop coordination, and a single living specification record shared with everyone at the table, so the design team, owner, and trades are all reading from the same page.
On-site supervision led by a senior project manager. Weekly site reviews with the design team, transparent reporting, and full-scale mock-ups for any detail that warrants one.
Closeout documentation, an as-built record set, and a one-year care programme owned directly by Turnkey Construction. We stay accountable after the keys are handed over.

● 04 / Where we build
We work with architects, designers, and homeowners throughout Peterborough, the Kawarthas, Northumberland, Prince Edward County, Hastings, Haliburton, Simcoe, and Muskoka. Projects outside these areas are considered by referral.
