The Build
New build in ICF, wood and steel
A custom home that blends modern design with natural elements, creating a striking silhouette against the landscape through mixed-material construction and expansive living spaces.
Designed by SMPL Design Studio, the home combines insulated concrete forms (ICF), wood, and steel to create a stunning architectural statement. Steeply pitched roofs, large cantilevered overhangs, and natural stone exterior wrapping provide both visual interest and structural integrity.
Inside, polished concrete floors on the main level and engineered hardwood upstairs blend durability with luxury. Floor-to-ceiling windows and massive sliding doors open onto patios for true indoor-outdoor living. Radiant in-floor heating with multiple zones and a secondary mechanical room in the attic optimize comfort and space utilization.
