The design features custom cabinetry, unique tiled feature walls, and a mono-stringer staircase with glass guard and steel railing, all contributing to its modern aesthetic. A matching bunkie echoes the main house and creates a cohesive look across the property.
Large-format tiles and a porcelain slab backdrop highlight the custom fireplace and wine display, offering striking focal points. Automated blinds, radiant floor heating, and an integrated fire and security system ensure both comfort and safety.
